Work's been really hectic and I really wish I could allocate more time to keeping this space more alive! Ever since coming back from the States, I have been doing nothing but to run around everywhere and to slog for my little studio, there's just always so much work not reflected on the surface.. not to mention the emotional roller coaster that I have been riding on for the past couple of months. Finally, everything is starting to come together and my heart is feeling more relieved. Don't even ask me to count how many times I feel like giving up wanting to chase what I really want to do, I believe after all these it will all be worth it! I really miss food styling but I guess for now, there's really so much I can do now to hold up everything. Really hope I can get back to it soon.
On a more positive note, I'm very thankful for the angels that have been sent into my life, I am nothing without them! Very excited for the upcoming months with discussion in progress, really hope all my hard work will pay off!

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
200g artichoke hearts
2 garlic cloves
½ stick butter unsalted
114g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
¾ cups of Parmesan Cheese
227g sour cream, light
Warm all the dairy in a pot on medium heat until they melt and come together by slowly stirring it, then add the greens and give it a few more thorough stirs and you’re good to go!
